It delivers excellent results in maintaining a high “free-opening” rate of the ladle nozzle, typically achieving over 98% success rate, ensuring smooth steel teeming operations and reduced downtime.

EBT Hot Repair Material — AME-EBTR

AME-EBTR is produced using high-grade magnesia phosphate, bonded with chrome additives to ensure excellent strength, thermal stability, and slag resistance under high-temperature conditions.

It is specifically designed for ramming and hot repair of the EAF tap hole surrounding area, and serves as an effective hot repair material to prolong the service life of the EBT tap hole while maintaining consistent furnace performance.

High-magnesia-based AME-EAF90P ramming mass is designed to serve as a backfilling material behind EAF bricks, as well as a ramming layer between the EAF bricks and the EAF top shell.

Innovation design of CNC top nozzle provide solution for long casting sequence. Managed to increase of casting time in safety manner without taking risk.

In year of 2023 & 1^st quarter of 2024, this material was successful gone through trial at 2 steel making plant in Malaysia, now in regular supply.

The material are made by high purity corundum contains chrome oxide which goes through firing process in order to achieve consistecy of permanent linear change, good erosion resistance properties and good thermal shock resistance.
